Teacher Appreciation Freebie

THANK YOU, teachers, for everything you do, each and every day. I know how hard you work because I did it for 29 years! You grade papers late at night after your own children have gone to bed. You go in to work early, work through your lunch hours and stay late. You work on weekends, vacations and SUMMERS. You spend lots of your own money buying needed classroom supplies and items for your students (and their parents). You take classes on your own time (also paid with your own money) to keep your teaching certificates active. You spend lots of time defending your profession because of the negativity from the media and politicians.

It's a wonderful profession and I'm glad I chose teaching as my career. But it's a hard job and it gets harder every year. I'm proud of the work you do, every day, every year, for your students. I'm proud to call all of you my colleagues!

I made this freebie in your honor. It will be available in both stores on May 2. I hope you like it! Included in this packet are two 12” x 12” papers (a notebook paper and a rainbow plaid paper) in 300 resolution for printing, name tags and an 89 piece alphabet (capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, symbols and punctuation). The alphabet pieces are png files. That means they are transparent images without backgrounds. You can place them on any other background. You can insert them into word processing documents, your newsletters, Power Point files, art programs, etc. to make titles, fancy letters for bulletin boards, or other items. The papers can be used for digital scrapbooking, book/report covers, Power Point presentations, Signs/Posters, etc. The name tags are great for the first day of school, field trips or when you have a guest teacher or speaker visit your classroom. You can get it HERE or HERE!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week, and again, thanks for all you do!
Barb :-)
