Easy Recipe- Pasta Bake

I found this recipe in a magazine in a doctor's office and had the receptionist photocopy it for me. It's very easy and fast to make, and it's yummy. The best part is that you can hide some veggies in it and your kids won't even know they are there! This is my version of the recipe:

Pasta Bake
Make 1.5 cups of elbow macaroni according to the directions on the box. Drain the macaroni when it's done. Put it back in the pot and add:
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 cup cooked and pureéd broccoli
1 cup cooked and pureéd cauliflower
1 cup shredded Mozarella
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan
Mix well and then put it in a 2 quart baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
Add 1cup shredded Mozarella cheese on top. Bake at 350 degreees for 25 minutes or until heated completely.  Enjoy!

  1. This sounds really good, thanks for posting. Hang out at DigitalScrapbookingStudio and have been following the year's Designer contest. Was confused as originally I had seen a submission by you called Autumn Moon and it has now disappeared. Just wanted to mention in case it was a glitch and you had wanted to compete.
