This is a fun and effective way to teach students how to write a complete story or paragraph with opening/topic sentences, detail sentences and closing/clincher sentences. This packet includes detailed directions to teach the lessons, eight 11” x 17” posters, 4 large hamburger pictures, three 11” x 17” sheets of hamburger parts to use as visuals in your lessons and four sheets of pictures for your students’ writing folders. Choose the posters that fit your students’ writing level with the terms you use (topic and clincher sentences or opening and closing sentences) for writing short stories or paragraphs.
